David Personal Operations Mail

A private application operated by David Turturean to keep track of his email, commitments, and follow-ups. It is for his personal use and has no public sign-up.

With the owner's authorization, it reads Gmail messages, keeps searchable copies, and makes selected context available in his private review tools. Separately enabled AI processing can summarize mail and prepare follow-ups. Creating a task in Motion requires the owner's approval.

Google access is read-only and includes account identity verification. The application does not send, edit, or delete Gmail messages. Background collection, stored copies, service providers, and the controls for stopping access are explained in the privacy policy.
